Pashupatastra
The story of Prahlāda and Narsingh Avatar as mentioned in Kurma Puran is a lot different than the popular version of Bhagwatam.
According to Kurma Puran there was no enmity between Hiranyakashipu and his son Prahlāda Hiranyakashipu never ordered kiIIing of his son. Prahlad actually fought with Vishnu when he came as Narsingh Avatar but he got defeated, but when Pashupatastra could not harm Narsingh, Prahlad realized that this is Vishnu himself and stopped fighting him
